Wilma, 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends in Salem. Wilma was born in Little Eagle, SD. Wilma moved to Salem, OR in 1978, she worked in Salem as a CNA and Home Care Giver. Wilma enjoyed family gatherings, her grand nephews and nieces and Pow-wows. She was an example to her family for her loving heart. There are no words to express how much she meant to everyone and how much she was loved. Needless to say, her loving spiritual soul and laughter will be greatly missed. Wilma is survived by her cherished sister Pearl Kidd of Salem, OR, five nephews Robert “Bumpers” Hlavinka and Thomas Hlavinka of Salem, OR, Elliott Ward of Ft. Yates, ND, Fenton Johnson of New Castle, WY and Darrell Johnson of Loveland, CO, three nieces Janet Savaro, Bonnie Hlavinka and Deanne Shooting Bear all of Salem, OR, a very special brother in law Robert L. Hlavinka of Salem, OR and special family member John Savaro, Salem, OR, Janet Savaro’s husband and a special friend Gloria Larvie and Darlene Guerrero. A Celebration of Life will be at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
