Salem-Vicki Joan Norby , born in Roseburg, passed away in Salem, Oregon.

 She is survived by mother; Sally Lukens of Salem, father; Stanton Van Camp of Roseburg, brothers; Gregory Van Camp of Peoria, Arizona and Scott Van Camp of Salem, sons; Justin Boucher and Jerome Norby, daughter in law; Alexa Boucher, granddaughter; Amarissa Boucher, grandson; Orion Boucher and seven nieces and nephews. She was a loving daughter, loving mother and proud loving grandmother.

   A celebration of life service will be 3:00p.m., Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service- Salem, Oregon
