Keizer - Roy Bolin Joyce was born on May 3, 1921 in Greenwood, Arkansas. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He served in the Army during WWII in Okinawa, Japan and Pearl Harbor.  He was employed by the CBC Navy Base in Port Hueneme, CA as a painter for 43 years and he loved his job.

He loved the outdoors, camping, working out in the yard, gardening and spending time with his family. He was a kind hearted and loving man who will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Velda Joyce; daughters, Charlotte Ann Joyce, Becky Harner, and Marsha Polzel; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Roy is preceded in death by son, Sam Albert Joyce; daughters, Carolyn Sue Pancoast and Barbara Jo McNeely. Arrangements by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
