Salem – Phyllis was born in Carlisle, Iowa and grew up in Marion County, Oregon. She was an avid equestrian and singer and played many musical instruments. She was married to Merlin Bullard who preceded her in death. Phyllis is survived by her step-son Monte Bullard, and sons: Richard Ross, Jr.; Bill Ross; Don Ross; Daniel Bendiksen: brother, John Boatwright; and sister, Wanda L. Wiltse.

 

There will be no services. Contributions may be made to Willamette Valley Hospice or Brookstone Alzheimer Special Care Center. Arrangements by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
