Keizer- Pat was born in Los Angeles, CA, on September 19, 1931. She was raised in the LA Area and after high school, she moved to San Francisco. There she attended Dental School and became a Dental Assistant. It was there she met Ed Carlson, who was in the Army and stationed at the Presidio. They were married June 2nd, 1951.
In 1957, the Carlson’s moved to Salem. They found 20 acres out on State St. and proceeded to build their home and raise their family. Pat worked for many years in the Salem area as a Dental Assistant. She loved her family, friends and church. Her favorite vacation destination was to the ocean.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Lillian Tickle and her brother Alan Tickle. Pat is survived by her children Mark Carlson and Christina Myers, and grandchildren, Zachary and Sarah Myers. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Ila Tickle and nephews, Sandy and Bill.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 25th at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1998 Lansing Ave NE, Salem. Arrangements by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service, Salem.
