SALEM – Leonard Ray Foster passed away on August 6, 2009 at the age of 63. He was born November 11, 1945 in Enid, Oklahoma. Leonard had served in the U.S. Marine Corps and had been a guard at the Oregon State Prison. He had worked for Yellow Cab Company for the last 15 years. He is survived by his lifetime companion Sharon Rae Lucas of Salem and nephew Clyde Foster of Christmas Valley, OR. Leonard was a great man who will be missed dearly.
