Inase Dabler
June 20, 1913 - December 24, 2006

Inase was born in Withee, Wisconsin on June 20, 1913 to Fred and Anna Koplitz. She was the first born, so she helped her father on their dairy farm. After high school, she went on to business school then taking an accounting job with a lumber company.l In 1937, she married Karl Dabler. They moved to Salem in 1956. She belonged to St. Joseph Church for over fifty years and in her younger years worked with the alter Society.

She was known for her baked goodies, especially her bread and pies. She was a bowler, loved to polka and a master seamstress. She spent a lot of time fishing at Detroit Lake and Devils Lakes.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Karl and her brother Melvin. Survivors are her daughter, Janice and Harold Lanning of Mesa, AZ, her son Charles and Barbara Dabler, Salem, OR, sister Cecila Schindler, Curtiss, Wisconsin. Grandchildren, Dennis, John, Pattie, Karen and jimmy and nine great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at St Joseph Catholic church Friday, Dec. 29, 2006 at 10:00am. Visitation was Thursday from 1pm - 6 pm at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service. contributions may be made to the church memorial fund.
