Harvey was born in Ault, Colorado. He was a precision machinist by trade.
Harvey is survived by his sister Mildred Howard; daughter Mary Ruth Wodehouse; grandchildren Ron and Paulette Wodehouse and their daughters Lindsay and Shannon; and Linda and Tom Carter; and their children Jonathan, Megan and Spencer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Speed Buby.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service in Salem. Private internment will follow. When I come to the end of the road
