Emma Marie Weigel was born on July 2, 1934 in West Stayton, Oregon to parents Ralph and Lena (Barth) Wolf. She died in Salem on December 9, 2009. 

 

She is survived by: children, June Blackburn, Yvonne Anthony, Angie Berg, Valerie McClanahan, Juanita Stinson, Edward Weigel, Elaine Bratton and Greg Weigel; sisters, Betty Fleck and Eva Brossard;

17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands Ted Carlson and Donald Weigel.

 

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 10:30AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Shaw with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00PM on Monday, December 14, 2009 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service. Contributions may be given in her name to the Father Taaffe Foundation.
