Diana West was born in Boise, Idaho to Charles and Catherine(Dunning) Urban. Diana left behind her beloved husband, Dave of Salem; sons, Mark of Salem and Kam and his wife Rachel of Bethlehem, PA; sisters, Jean Cummings and Ida Hull; brother, Pete Herman; sister-in-law, Carol Madsen-Yardley and brother-in-law, Richard West. A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday November 29, 2006 at The Salvation Army, 1230 Winter St NE Salem. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Youth Programs of the Salvation Army PO Box 7047 Salem, OR 97303-0004. Arrangements are by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
