Cecelia Marie was born to parents Lloyd and Ethel (Parmalee) Wilson in Bonneville, Oregon. She died on July 22, 2010 in Salem.

 

She lived in Hawaii as a youth until her family moved to Bend when she was in high school. She married her husband of 60 years, Gale A. Pelker in Bend. She worked as an x-ray technician at St. Charles Medical Center until her retirement and they moved to Salem 15 years ago. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, vanilla ice cream and she loved her visits to the ocean. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gale on July 9, 1999, one brother and four sisters.

 

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marj and A.J. Stoll; eight grandchildren, Terri, Shelly, Steven, Timothy, Christina and husband Steven, Elizabeth and husband Joseph, Jennifer and Andrew; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

 

A graveside service was held at Belcrest Memorial Park. Contributions in her name may be given to Breast Cancer Research. Arrangements by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
