Our beloved mother, Beverly J. Johnson, died December 20, 2006 of CREST.

Beverly was born in the 30's to a minister and his wife in Southern Oregon where her father started many mission churches throughout  Southern Oregon and Northern California. She shared her faith in our Lord by the way she lived, showing gracious acceptance and appreciation for everyone she met. Her Her primary goal in life was to share the love of our Lord and Savior with those she got to know.

Beverly was a devoted and loving wife, married to her husband, Robert, for 55 years. She was a loving mother to Barbara Brockert of Colorado, Kris Wall and Sandra Koubele of Oregon and Rev. Rick Johnson of Washington who survive her as well as ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Eileen Leland and brother Rev. Virtus Young.

It is with sadness and joy that we celebrate her live. The service will be held at 11:00am on December 27, 2006 at St. John Lutheran Church in Salem, Oregon. Visitation was held on Tuesday at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
